about

Hi I’m Michael! Welcome, I’m glad you’re here :) Graphic Design is my passion and I’m in love with anything 3D just because it transports you to a whole new world and dimension. It transcends boundaries beyond what is capable in a physical realm. Gaming is one of my favorite things to do because I feel like I’m actually in the universe.

Layers of Hawaii: Diving Past the Surface

  • #Motion
  • #3D

An atlas highlighting what Hawaii is made of. At first glance, one may notice the hula dancer, turtle, and surfer but there is so much more- hence the name “Diving past the surface.” By literally dismantling an atlas and adding 3D Blender collaged elements through the layers- I’m giving the viewer an experience that is fresh and new about Hawaii. THe motion piece was created to display how the collaged piece was formed and how it looks animated.
